Koa Pilates + Fitness offers exercise tailored to every need, age, body type and fitness level. Each class offers a balance of strength and flexibility, which is essential to every body, to ensure wellbeing and injury prevention. This is achieved in a nurturing, safe and challenging workout, using Pilates and fitness equipment.

Classes are run on:
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays;
6.30am to 3.30pm.
Sessions are booked by appointment.

When Kristy is not teaching, she can be found at Eltham Remedial & Sports Massage, where she works as a Remedial Massage Therapist.
Classes
Private 1:1
All clients begin with at least one Private class. This is where we establish the basic principles of Pilates. Each exercise is chosen and cued appropriate to your body. The result is a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalised and moves with ease.

$90 casual/initial assessment
$400 5 classes, paid in advance

Intro offer for new clients - 3 classes for only $210 (3 week expiry).
Duet 1:2
These classes are where individuals gain more independence in their practice, improving confidence and self-efficacy.

Duet classes are run on a term basis. Term dates are consistent with Victorian school term dates and holidays.
​
Classes are calculated at $50 per class, and multiplied by the number of weeks per term ie $50 x 10 wks = $500 total. Term fees are paid prior to the commencement of term.
Small Group Pilates
Small group classes are available, by invitation. Only suitable for participants experienced in Pilates.
