Kristy's diversity of exercises just BLOWS MY MIND. She always keeps it interesting - I have never ONCE been bored with one of her classes. Kristy is so knowledgeable about the body, she puts her finger on (and names) just the right spot that might be hurting or that might be weak and need strengthening. She is super encouraging which is a great motivator. I find myself doing things I would never have believed possible at my age (81). Before I started training with Kristy I had experienced pain in my shoulders, hips, lower back, and legs; and was generally very weak physically. I started seeing a sports physio who referred me to Kristy. Kristy is not only knowledgeable about Pilates techniques but also physiology (I believe she is as knowledgeable as some of the physiotherapists whom I have worked with during my 10 years as a nurse). She also has knowledge about healthy diet, a great understanding of mental health, and is always positive. She listens to my concerns and helps me to overcome my fears. Kristy has taught me that I am strong and my body can do many things that I had never thought possible.
